Two hour oil change It shouldn't take 2 hours to change the oil and rotate the tires. And this was with an appt. And when the car was done and parked outside, I had to tell the service agents that my car was done. Very poor customer service. I would have given 1 star but Tina was very helpful when I made the appt. She made sure they knew exactly what services I needed before my appt. So there is no excuse for a 2 hour oil change. More
