Tina was knowledgeable of every feature of the vehicle that we became interested in (the XC60). When the exact features we were looking for (we were pretty picky) were not available on the lot, Tina quickly researched and obtained the exact vehicle we wanted. Tina and Chris Frangipane sat down with us and gave us a very fair price and the highest value for our trade-in of all the dealerships that we had visited. I reached out to multiple Volvo dealerships in NJ via email (I was in CA at the time, preparing for my move to NJ). Tina @ Prestige responded very promptly, professionally and in the end, actively sought out my car (she didn't have my color preference in stock) from another dealership just to get my business. I thought the price was pretty reasonable too. She was so genuinely friendly over email and in-person when I picked up the car-- probably one of the easiest car purchase experiences I've had in a long time. The other dealerships were slow to respond or asked me redundant questions re: what I was looking for, and ultimately wasted my time. Thanks, Tina for going the extra step for me! More

I met Todd Garno and we inspected the car together where I noticed the car had brand new tires. Todd told me they put new tires and brakes on their used vehicles so there's "no excuses", which is a clever and inventive way to raise the value of the car (and dealership). Pleased with the car, we landed on a price both parties found agreeable and here is where Prestige Volvo really impresses- I've purchased many cars for myself, family members and friends, and always dread the time it takes from after a deal is made to actually leaving the dealership. This is the fastest completion of paperwork from handshake to handshake I've ever experienced. Everyone involved in the sale (and even some not) was extremely friendly and professional including Tina Bilokin, who referred me to Todd, and Pat Masone, who quickly got me financed, signed, and on my way. This is the type of dealership that treats their clients with care and respect. More

She was exceptionally responsive, very knowledgeable, friendly, and yet quite professional. She represents an asset to Prestige as a relationship-builder someone one otherwise no longer finds in the automotive industry. We went through numerous dealerships (several makes) before we found Prestige. Working with Tina, we ended up buying two cares in stead of one; spending "a little bit" more money than we had expected, while leaving truly satisfied with the entire buying experience I will highly recommend Tina and Prestige Volvo.. The significant "in-sales-work" Andy Mucci (who is my neighbor) did, should also be mentioned. Andy enthusiastically talked about the 2015 Volvo V60 as he anticipated this would be the kind of car I would be looking for. I ended up getting one, and one S60 for my wife!! More

Great Customer Service!!! I was referred to go to this location by a Family Member who works in Volvo's Marketing department. So my husband and I went and for some reason were I was referred to go to this location by a Family Member who works in Volvo's Marketing department. So my husband and I went and for some reason weren't as excited about the S60 T5 AWD as we thought we would be. I didn't care for the look and my Husband didn't enjoy the performance. When we explained our concerns to Chris, he immediately suggested for us to look into the S60 R-Design in order to please both of our needs. And OMG when we did, it was like a dream come true! He along with the owner worked with us on the price and were available at all times to speak to us! Chris made things as convenient as possible for us. We didn't feel pressured at all. Once we purchased the car, Tina was the encyclopedia of Volvo who showed us all and each feature of the car. She was so patient with us and even took pictures of me with my old and new car :) Since then, she has been available at all times to answer any question I have via text or phone. This is a great dealership to work with! More

Our overall buying experience was so easy, we almost think it's too good to be true! (Previous car buying experience in another dealer was horrible.)
