Dropped off vehicle day prior to having a 7am appointment to diagnose issue. Day of appointment, didn't hear anything by 11am. Took over 3 and a half hours of calling every 20 to 30 min before I had the sale to diagnose issue. Day of appointment, didn't hear anything by 11am. Took over 3 and a half hours of calling every 20 to 30 min before I had the sales manager walk over and have the service rep take my call to which they provided me the update that the tech found nothing wrong. My vehicle still has a fuel smell coming through the vents and mixing into the oil but they couldn't find any issue. $250 diagnostic fee for nothing. More

I was told my car would be in for servicing until the end of the business day but my service advisor was able to get me in and out in less than 5 hours for oil change, state inspection and tire rotation. Would not suggest purchasing a car or service from this dealership brand. Used them many times and each experience was much less than desirable outcome. When the vehicle was returned they hadn't resecured the bottom of the car so it was dragging. When we brought it back to be fixed the mechanic told my husband he didn't know what he was talking about and t bottom of the car so it was dragging. Unsatisfactory communication. My car was evaluated on a Saturday and by the following Friday (5 days later) information still had not been sent to warranty for approval. No actio My car was evaluated on a Saturday and by the following Friday (5 days later) information still had not been sent to warranty for approval. No action has been taken. I then stated that I would pay to get my car back and to order the parts. Saturday parts were ordered. Tuesday the information is submitted to warranty. Wrong parts arrive Wednesday. Correct parts arrive and car is ready Friday (Warranty also approved on Friday). If I had waited for the warranty request to be submitted no action would have been taken on my car for 7 days. I was told that it was busy and I arrived without notice. No mention was made that my car could not be seen for a week. I would have gone elsewhere. Part way through this, I left a message with the service manager - no call back received. The service rep was pleasant but lacked communication. More
