This is the worst service and the service manager tells me he has 40 vehicles waiting. My truck has been into the service dept. approx. 8 time for the samething. You would think they would make my truck a me he has 40 vehicles waiting. My truck has been into the service dept. approx. 8 time for the samething. You would think they would make my truck a priority since they haven't fixed it yet. They can't find out why the HVAC fan shuts off when its excessively hot out side. So their excuse is can't duplicate conditions. I will not recommend Southern Dealerships to anyone. I would advise them to purchase anywhere other than Southern dealerships. xxxx, they fixed my back up camera with a zip tie. Their terrible. There are 3 individual where I work that ahs had bad dealing with your service dept. Your service Department does not deserve any stars. More

I had an appointment to have my truck looked at due to lack of air blowing (a/c, heat, etc). First thing recommended was flushing a/c for a minimum of $685. I then stated that my friend said it sounded li lack of air blowing (a/c, heat, etc). First thing recommended was flushing a/c for a minimum of $685. I then stated that my friend said it sounded like a fuse blew and if they could check that. They instead put me as a drop off, never looked at my truck and I ended up taking it home because I needed a vehicle the next day never even checking the fuse. I watched some you tube videos, swapped a 40v fuse with the HVAC one and had air again. Bought a spare fuse and replaced the blown one. It took me 10-15 minutes watching you tube videos to figure out how to check fuses. A mechanic could’ve checked the fuse probably in 2 minutes and at least fixed the fuse so I could have air. I could’ve then taken it back to determine the root cause at a later date if they wanted to run diagnostics and didn’t have time during my appt time. Extremely disappointed with this dealership for lack of customer service. More

We always use you guys and never had an issue. For some reason this van had back ordered parts for 2 months but we were able to buy online in 2 days and deliver to u for repair. After repair a day later we noticed no coolant in the engine and had to fill ourselves today. We are hoping nothing breaks due to this but will be watching it closely. Hence the 3 stars not 5 More

Been in 3 times to get a door lock fixed (warranty). Finally got it fixed, but the door lock was put in improperly. While the passive system now works, the physical locking of the vehicle from inside i Finally got it fixed, but the door lock was put in improperly. I spent $40 on a rental car last time, would like to avoid it this time. More
