One of the worst experiences I ever had at a dealership. I took my 2012 Jeep Wrangler in for safety recall. I had made and called 40 appointment. They told me the part had to be ordered. And it would take 5 I took my 2012 Jeep Wrangler in for safety recall. I had made and called 40 appointment. They told me the part had to be ordered. And it would take 5 days on the sixth day was my appointment. I went to my appointment 45 and 2 minutes into the appointment. I was told that they cannot perform the service due to the fact that they did not have the part in stock. So I went to another dodge, they had the part in stock and got me in and out in less than two hours after southern had wasted my time. I will not recommend southern dodge to anybody that I know.And I work in the car industry More
