Was not to happy on this last visit because of an emergency my service advisor was called away and my car sat unworked on for 3 days and I had a 7am appt on Wed & my car was not worked on until the f emergency my service advisor was called away and my car sat unworked on for 3 days and I had a 7am appt on Wed & my car was not worked on until the following Tuesday. I did not find out anything until Friday. Wasn’t happy at all the way this was handled along with a very unpleasant cashier supervisor when asked a question about when the cost to evaluate my issue wasn’t removed once the work was done ($2000+) I am a loyal long time customer and was very disappointed with the way this was handled… I should have been compensated for what happened. Loyal Customer & will still continue as such. More
