Amazing Experience buying this car I can’t even explain what a wonderful experience this was! Tina went way above basic service. I've been looking to replace an old vehicle, and because of how informative, friendly and helpful Tina was I specifically reached out to her for my own purchase. Once again, she didn't anything to make me feel like I had to rush into my decision, she gave me exactly what I asked for without trying to push something more on me, gave me all of my options and was very clear with all of the information she shared with me. Both her and Anthony are very friendly, open about everything in the sale, knowledgeable, and I am just very happy I returned to Hyundai for my own purchase. Thank you so much! More

First car for the next generation Lester Glen has been our go too for our Car buying for the past 20 years . Today our daughter got her license and her very first car. Tina was fantastic and we can’t say enough about her. We have gotten our last 2 cars from Tina. We were suppose to be just “looking”. But trying to work with a budget and a car payment that a working teen could handle was no problem for her. We were able to get a beautiful certified 2016 Hyundai Accent for our daughter at a payment she could cover. My husband called ahead to make sure Tina was in before we headed over. We are looking at a possible new car replacement for my husband in the next 2 months and will definitely be reaching out to Tina again. Tina thank you again !! More

A must read - don't be taken, mislead or lied to Should be no stars. I purchased a pearl white, Certified Pre-Owned 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport on March 22, 2019. I leased 2 cars with this dealership Should be no stars. I purchased a pearl white, Certified Pre-Owned 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport on March 22, 2019. I leased 2 cars with this dealership in the past and other members of my family have also used this dealership. The car broke down 9 days after my purchase, engine failure. My car was towed, I picked up a courtesy vehicle. They said my car required a new engine. I waited almost a month and then they said that the diagnostics were reevaluated and it only required a new engine harness. After I picked it up, it still had issues. I had my friend, a mechanic, check the car and he said they never replaced the engine harness, they just applied a kit. The car still had issues with lurching and feeling like it was stalling. It also had an issue with the screen freezing for the radio and navigation and my gas gauge was not working. So after the initial 33 days at the dealership I returned it again only to find out when I went to get the registration out of the car to put in the courtesy car, that I had no registration, I had a temporary expired registration. They never put the registration in the car when they put the new plates on. A salesman approached me and was very condescending asking me if I was sure it wasn't a transfer of plates and that if it was a new registration I may have thrown out the registration that may have been mailed to my home. I told him no, I haven't thrown anything out. He told me to just go get the courtesy vehicle and if I get a ticket, they will pay for it. When I went back to pick it up, I asked Joe in service how much gas was registering in the car. He said whatever it says is correct now. I said it would never fill properly so I am curious what it is registering. He said whatever it says is correct. I asked if he put gas in the car to test it. He said we don't do that you can go to the gas station across the street and get gas. I asked why my screen was not on the work order as freezing. He said I will add that. I asked if it was lurching and he said the fix for the gas gauge cleared that up. My mechanic was mystified by this response. I was suspicious with all that was happening and not happy with Joe's tone, answers and how he was treating me. I asked to see all of the work orders on my car. And, there it was. Body repair. I asked what happened to the car since the Carfax was clean. He said probably a scratched bumper. I asked for more information. He called the body repair shop and he lead them on, stating the bumper was replaced, correct? I said I want to see the full service report on the repair. Now I was escalated to the Sales Manager, Frank Simeone who told me it was in a car accident but the Carfax was clean because it was up to the insurance company to report it and that is why the Carfax was clean. I told him there was no excuse for a car they sold and repaired at their own facility from a car accident not to be flagged in their system. There was $8,000 worth of repairs to the front right side, headlight, bumper, etc. He said he would email the accident repair work and escalate this matter. But, didn't I like the car? Didn't I want to keep it. Life is too short, don't stress about it. That was a Tuesday. I didn't hear from anyone until I emailed Frank the following Monday. I guess it wasn't escalated to the correct person. I stated that I wanted to return the vehicle, which was still lurching, and had time Friday to return it and had arranged for a ride. Frank said they couldn't get the necessary paperwork ready by then. I told him they better have it ready, that it was a convenient time for me and that I had missed enough time at work driving back and forth in traffic on the parkway, not to mention loading and unloading cars with work items and car seats. In the meantime, I did some research which I should have done prior. My bad. The engines in the 2017 Santa Fe's and Sonata's had issues; they did not reveal that to me. I then researched my Warranty to find out I had been taken by the Finance Department, Al Machado. I was charged over double the value of the warranty. That makes for a nice bonus to Al and the salesperson. When I went to drop off the car, the paperwork was dated 3/22/19, the original date I purchased the car. The date that day was 6/7/19. I asked that the paperwork be dated today's date. Frank left to change the dates, but neglected to change all of the paperwork. Buyer beware of purchasing this vehicle. It had 2 owners. And this is the VIN 5XYZUDLB4HG408622. I was asked to sign a release by Frank Simeone and John Perillo - I didn't. John said he was unaware I was lied to. He was never made aware of the entire situation. I was told they would have given me another car and a great deal. I told them I had absolutely zero trust in any of them. I told them I was aware of the 100 Point System to CPO a car and that only a bumper could be replaced and it would still be eligible for CPO. Convenient about my car and Joe's insistence that only a bumper was replaced.. I was asked by John Perillo if I ever had a problem employee that I had to fire. I told him it wasn't only one person that presented a problem at Hyundai Lester Glenn. They flat canceled the deal, returned my deposit and car payment. There was never any offer to compensate me for all my time and aggravation. The only way that would have happened, according to John Perillo, is if I were to purchase another car......I would have been given a great deal. More
