She helped to show us the Tucsons and reviewed all of the features with us. We worked with her from start to finish and the overall experience was very good. Our trade-in was valued fair and we were able to come to a fair agreement with the purchase of the Tucson. Tina worked with the Finance Manager and with us and was determined to make us happy. After the paperwork was completed she also went over many of the features of the vehicle that were new to us. Lester Glenn also fixed (2) very minor cosmetic issues we found after taking delivery and the Service Dept. accommodated us with a quick repair date for the IOU's. We were very satisfied with the customer service, the purchase price point and we wouldn't hesitate recommending Tina Romeo for any future purchases. Thanks Tina! More
