I came to this dealership after having a bad experience at another dealership around the corner. They found a way to finance me without my cosigner! Even though the car I wound up with was not the car I originally came to see and it wasn't the "sportiest" model, it still had everything I was looking for, low mileage and great mpg. I was very pleased with the entire staff at this dealership and couldn't have asked for a better experience. I look forward to using them for all my car needs in the future. The deal I got with my financing was also in the budget I gave Tino and he did a great job delivering on his end. More

They truly listened to me and only showed me cars that met my criteria. They also cared about my budget and those cars above my budget were not pushed in order for them to get a higher commission. They don't make money based on the purchase price of the car but instead, they get paid by the number of cars they sell. It was a "pressure free" experience and no annoying haggling for a lower price. I actually enjoyed the experience and I can't say the same for the other three vehicles that I purchased from Nissan over the past 12 years. Also, the Fusion is classy looking and equipped with high-end features. I am in love with my new Fusion. I am a professional and hard working women. This car makes a statement all by itself. It actually compares in appearance to a MUCH higher priced BMW but it is half the cost. Also, I don't have the best credit but Jose and Tino were still able to finance me 9% lower than my Nissan purchases. This part alone makes my day. Thanks to Chris Hayes - you made the paper work process quick and easy to complete. Lastly, all the high tech features of my car were explained so that I could easily take full advantage of the Fusion's touch screen and voice command features immediately. My experience was wonderful! I purchased a 2013 Ford Fusion from Duval Ford in January 2013. My experience with Duval Ford actually began a year ago when I first decided I needed a new vehicle. I was looking into the 2012 Fusion due to size and fuel efficiency, but I wasn't very excited about the boring look of the car. So, Tino took the time to show me the new 2013 Fusions that were going to be on the market in a few months. The new model was a HUGE improvement and Tino could see the look of excitement on my face that one should have about a new car. Of course, this meant that Tino did not make a sale that day, but it also meant that I found a salesman that I could trust. Over the course of the year, Tino checked in with me periodically to let me know about special incentives going on at Duval Ford, but each time was just "not the right time" for my family to buy a new car. Finally, in January 2013, we were ready. We came in on a Wednesday night and were able to drive away in our new and improved 2013 Fusion. By the time we left the dealership, it was 9pm, but Tino never complained about the time. The next day, I came back to the dealership and Tino went over my new car's features and helped me Sync my phone to the BlueTooth system. He helped me make test calls and play music from my phone via the hands-free system. Also, he took me on a tour of the maintenance department so that I would be familiar with the area for my oil changes. I know I can call Tino if I have any questions down the line about my new car. He was the most helpful salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of working with. More
