Tino and the management staff went above and beyond making sure that I was taken care of during my vehicle purchase. I originally purchased a used truck from Duval, but after realizing there were some making sure that I was taken care of during my vehicle purchase. I originally purchased a used truck from Duval, but after realizing there were some things I was not 100% happy with on the truck, I asked Tino if there was anything that could be done, and they did not disappoint. Tino got with management, and I was placed in a loaner vehicle while they attempted to find a truck which met my request. The process of finding the exact truck I wanted took a little over 5 days, but Tino gave me constant updates on the search for the truck, and made himself available to my phone calls and questions at anytime. Tino ended up finding me the truck of my dreams, and got with their GM Jose who assisted in making sure I received a great price on the truck! Duval Ford was met with a difficult task, but surpassed all expectations. The entire staff at Duval is one to be truly proud of. Tino did an outstanding job ensuring that my new vehicle purchase was completed with as minimal stress as possible and he did an outstanding job. Mike Foresto from service was also extremely helpful in giving me options for lift kits, and other after market accessories I may be interested in for my new truck! And Randy in the Finance department was extremely professional and helpful in assisting me with the financing options for my truck! Again, thanks to Tino, and the team at Duval Ford for getting me in a truck I truly love! More

I have bought several vehicles in the past at Duval Ford but this experience was like no other. We visited Duval Ford to see Tino, because he is someone I trusted in the past in our Military Career together but this experience was like no other. We visited Duval Ford to see Tino, because he is someone I trusted in the past in our Military Career together. Now when I needed guidance and security, I looked to him when making this new investment. He's the guy to get the job done, without a question! Our request was special to us, this was in effort to get the perfect car for our 16 year old daughter Taryn. We told him we are not in a rush and he understood our needs and spent a lot of time with us...to the extent of taking us to a Honda dealership down the road to decide what she was interested in & why. It was a month and a half later, I received a call from Tino checking in on us and he made the comment saying “I might have your Daughter's Car!”, I'll give you a call tonight. Later on, he called on FaceTime with our family showing us a vehicle that he recently purchased from a customer. I don't know how he did it but he made it happen and made no excuses. Level of delivery was bar none, like buying a Benz but better...didn't have to spend all the money for that level of service that was genuine and created a lifetime experience with my family that we'll never forget. Soy una clienta feliz el sr Tino fue sin duda la persona correcta para lograr tener mi camioneta simpre amable y positivo me guío y explico cada detalle .. y lo digo por que fui un poco caprichosa o mejor dicho muchooo !! yo quería esa camioneta y el con mucha amabilidad y profesionalismo logro Que me llevara a casa mi Ford Ranger lariat 4X4 .. digo esto por que apesar de que soy una cliente joven y mi crédito no llegaba a la madurez requerida ellos buscaron todas las vías posibles para que lograra llevar me justo la camioneta que yo quería. Purchasing a 2017 Mustang that we saw on their website. It was nice to be able to walk into a dealership without getting mobbed as soon as we got out of our car.
