I was purchasing based on business needs, so it was very important that I achieve the best deal possible. And Duval Ford accommodated. Other Ford dealers fell way short to the point of insulting my intelligence. I saw a vehicle on line, called and was given all my answers about the truck by texting with Juventino Lebron, one of the business managers at Duval Ford. A hands-on meeting was set up and "no pressure" was the Duval way for showing me the truck and satisfying my review of the truck in question. I offered to trade in (knowing the Blue Book value of my truck) and they agreed that would be the trade-in value. All-in-all, from start to finish Duval Ford made this purchase a very good experience. Need a car or truck? My first response would be to ask: "Have you been to Duval Ford?" More
