I saw a vehicle on line, called and was given all my answers about the truck by texting with Juventino Lebron, one of the business managers at Duval Ford. A hands-on meeting was set up and "no pressure" was the Duval way for showing me the truck and satisfying my review of the truck in question. I offered to trade in (knowing the Blue Book value of my truck) and they agreed that would be the trade-in value.
