A well oiled machine would sum up the crew at Bradshaw. You can tell these guys have worked together for a while and therefore they get things done with minimal friction. Great Experience When buying my new car, I once again chose Bradshaw Acura based on the reliability of my first Acura, comfort working with the service department, and When buying my new car, I once again chose Bradshaw Acura based on the reliability of my first Acura, comfort working with the service department, and the experience I had buying that first Acura. Like ten years ago, I again worked with JJ and admire his friendliness and helpfulness. Additionally, Tino had these attributes and was patient in explaining the vehicle's new technology and offering to assist me in the future. Once you sign that paperwork they are done with you. I purchased my car on a Saturday afternoon close to closing time. I left there not knowing how to work the majority of the settings or extras in my c I purchased my car on a Saturday afternoon close to closing time. I left there not knowing how to work the majority of the settings or extras in my car. The salesman seemed extremely disinterested in showing me and more interested in leaving for the evening since we were the last ones there. I was so upset that I had to figure it all out on my own. To add insult to injury after having some accessories I ordered put on in their service department 3 days later when I picked the car up and dropped off the loaner after hours my car could not be driven due to an oversight when installing the steering wheel. There I was stranded an hour from home with no one at the dealer to help. There was no after hours phone number posted anywhere so I called the only person whose contact information I had, my salesman. He suggested I call roadside assistance or call an Uber. He said he had no one he could contact and nothing he could do. Thankfully modern technology prevailed and I was able to contact my Service Rep via facebook who was kind enough to come back and get me the keys to the loaner back. I would never buy from them again and will not take my car back to them unless I am absolutely required to do so. More

Last month, I brought my very dear friend to Bradshaw and she bought a new MDX..She still talks about how pleasant the experience was and absolutely loves the MDX.. Earlier this month, I bought another 2020 RDX..This time i got the A-Spec! I truly wouldn't buy an Acura anywhere else... More
