Mike Burgess, Business Manager, was also a great pleasure to deal with! JJ Jordal also welcomed me and thanked me for coming.. After my purchase, I drove back 2 days later to get splash guards installed and the Service Department was a nice experience also! I have bought many vehicles and I was also the General Sales Manager for a Cadillac Franchise. I am happy to say that this was my best experience ever... My experience was quite the contrary this time, and I have to thank Tino Sullivan for changing my impression of car buying. I felt quite relaxed dealing with Tino, and he was beyond helpful. Since purchasing my vehicle I've called Tino a couple of times. Each time he has been so gracious and told me to call him anytime I have a question or a need. I really appreciate his willingness to help me beyond signing on the dotted line. I've been a Honda girl for a long time, but I am VERY happy I bought an Acura this time!! More
