Greeted not so pleasantly because I didn't have an appointment for Express Oil Change service. Not given the Special listed on the website for oil change service. The service special included shop fee appointment for Express Oil Change service. Not given the Special listed on the website for oil change service. The service special included shop fees but I was charged for shop fees. Service was completed by 4:00 because I saw it back in the lanes in the garage but I wasn't informed until 4:25 that it was ready. I believe this was done because I didn't have an appointment and he was trying to make a point. The "receipt" says brakes were checked but I tend not to believe because I do need rear brakes and there was no mention of that. More

I’ve been over to Hall Honda twice within a month. My vehicle failed inspection on the first visit. When I returned the team impressed me the same as the first. Listed in the order I met them: Mr. Tito Barnett who has such a calm and thorough professionalism about himself. He gets customers in and out. Without making people feel RUSHED. He is also mindful in breaking down the details regarding any work that’s necessary. The next team member is Mr. Hubart Boyd who fluidly and effortlessly shifts throughout the day completing various roles in order to keep everything moving smoothly. Oh he’s remarkably amazing! He doesn’t want us waiting any more than we want to be kept waiting. Yay! Next is Mr. Harland Roberts who has an ear to the wind about my next new vehicle. He applies just the right amount of respectful pressure. He’s always found back there pushing his pen! After him is Mr. Jay Edghill who shared his pathway to Hall Honda which I found admirable. He’s a great man of family and grit. He too has a heart for people, helping customers to find their next perfect car fit. He’s there to serve! Last but not least is Mr. Romario Finnikin. He touched me deeply as I went around looking at vehicles again on my second trip. There was a guy closer to the front door sitting as his desk where I exited the building. That man never spoke or budged to help me in any way whatsoever. (On the first visit either!) In deep contrast, Mr. Finnikin came from further back within the showroom and met me outside showing himself friendly, helpful and professional. He took his time to help me (I was looking at a different model vehicle this time.) even though I told him two other guys had helped me previously. Still, he opened the trunk and told me all about the vehicle. I appreciated that a great deal. It’s nice to know that there’s a place like Hall Honda with employees who understand team player roles in business. I feel comfortable recommending this team of experts to friends and family members. I know they are in the best of care here. Thanks for hiring the best for us Hall Honda! More

This dealership was probably one of the worst car buying experiences I’ve had. Some of the employees are wonderful to interact with but the majority are pushy and do not listen to you.
