It was not like other dealerships where you feel the pressure to buy or that the sales person is cold and just about selling at the highest price. Our sales person Was Tito and he was friendly, honest, and really listened to our needs when it came to what we were really looking for in a vehicle. He also quickly skipped the haggle and told us what he was able to do because like he mentioned “it’s about having your business for life” not just making a single sale. So we got the lowest price possible and it was truly A DEAL! Not only was Tito amazing, but everyone we came in contact with was warm and willing to help. Also, they made a couple promises and after the purchase they reached out to set up an appointment to fulfill the promises they had made! Honestly, it has been the best car buying experience of my life. It can be a bit of a drive for some (including me) but i promise it is well worth it! I will continue all my Lexus needs at this location despite the distance! More

Tito DeLeon our salesman is the best! Zero pressure, very informative, unbiased & truly has a customers best interest in mind. No negotiating back & forth. He truly shocked us with how easy he made everything, we were trying to think about what else we could ask for & couldnt think of anything. He offered us everything we were hoping for on the first go. We had to fight to even get another Lexus & a Mercedes dealership to even come close but it wasn't close enough to make us happy which is why we ended up at Lexus of Henderson. This will always be our first choice in the future! Everyone from Richard in financing - we usually dread going into the financing office, but he truly made us feel like family, the parts guy & Tyler in service were all outstanding! We usually leave a dealership feeling worn down, but this was a truly exceptional experience only they could provide. Everyone should stop in to see what they can offer.
