We went to Lexus Sarasota and found a car that suited our family's needs and budget! Don't be intimidated- there is a car for everyone here. Ana helped us find a car and made the experience as relaxed as she could. The beautiful cafe area and friendly staff helped too! Toby made it easy to seal a deal. We're leaving with a car that we feel good about, and was able to trade our old car as well. More

My experience with my sales advisor Toby Gray, who was very professional and personable, and Lexus Of Sarasota staff has been the best vehicle purchase experience I have had in my 62 years. While Toby did very professional and personable, and Lexus Of Sarasota staff has been the best vehicle purchase experience I have had in my 62 years. While Toby did represent the dealerships selling position, he also advocated for my position as the buyer. In the end, I was completely satisfied with the purchase result, and the excellent way I was treated. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant professional, and made me feel at ease. The excellent service and attitude did not end with the purchase. I have had multiple contacts since then to order accessories and finance, and everyone continues to be very professional and personable. I highly recommend Lexus of Sarasota for an excellent car buying experience. More

My salesperson Toby Gray was always professional, he was informative, never pushy, and he has worked for years selling luxury vehicles so he understands the clientele. My preowned car purchase from Toby ha informative, never pushy, and he has worked for years selling luxury vehicles so he understands the clientele. My preowned car purchase from Toby happened to be a non-Lexus vehicle and Toby took the time to point out certain things on the vehicle that I might have the same-brand dealer look at. My car happened to come with only a single key fob and Toby once again helped me to obtain a 2nd OEM key fob at a significant savings. Making an appointment with Toby was easy. I'd be happy to seek him out again. More
