My battery had died to the point of not being able to be started using jumper cables. My service rep gave me the phone number of the tow service Infiniti uses and told me that it would be covered under war started using jumper cables. My service rep gave me the phone number of the tow service Infiniti uses and told me that it would be covered under warranty. Sure enough! The tow truck arrived 1 hour later, loaded me up and was on my way back to the dealership. More

Today I went to Coulter infiniti to do a recall on my airbags I call on Friday morning to set up the appointment for Monday @ 9am gave em my name phone number even vin number of my car I show up & they t airbags I call on Friday morning to set up the appointment for Monday @ 9am gave em my name phone number even vin number of my car I show up & they tell me that I don’t have an appointment This is why I don’t trust dealerships no accountability on their part basically saying it’s my fault drove 25 minutes wasted my time, gas & morning. More
