I love the car and the ride, but it's in the shop way too much and I'm spending way too much money on keeping the car going. Cadillac is the same- Cadillac and GMC are in the same manufacturing family, though different dealerships. I have a 2017 Cadillac XTS and it's always in the shop. I just spent another $3,500 on it , and I know I spent that much twice last year (with an extended warranty that they "can't find". Problem is, they tell you it's going to cost $250 for something minor, so you approve and suddenly they find stuff they corrected last year and it's another fortune to get it out of the shop. I keep saying never again and they keep saying it's just like new again. Cadillac was not fixed. DRiving home on the interstate the engine went out and steering locked up. After spending $3,500 I literally was almost killed driving home from the shop. I was so sad to just let go of a 2001 Lexus LS. That car was a tank and gave me no problems, but as I got older I needed the safety features of newer cars. It's a shame Cadillac and Yukon can't keep up with Lexus' performance. Lexus is the BEST!!!! But Zack was wonderful at Legacy GMC, even though the car is a lemon. More
