First, the salesman Todd Amaral was REAL and I greatly appreciated his honesty and integrity. He did his best to help me figure out what I could and couldn't afford, and then worked hard to find the car I wanted at another Tasca dealership. From the moment I met him to the moment I drove off the lot he was excellent. Todd doesn't just care about making sales, he cares about his customers and their satisfaction. He took the time after a long day to help me figure out all the bells and whistles that my new car offered, and made sure I was comfortable before driving home. I highly recommend Todd! Elian Khouri, a sales manager, was also pleasant to work with, as he negotiated fairly. I was given a very fair price for my trade in and he also listened to my needs and what I could and couldn't afford. Finally, Ryan Haxton in finance was such a pleasure to work with. His personality actually made the financial paperwork process enjoyable! He was very kind, helpful and personable. I've never before visited Tasca, but they will certainly be my "go to" from now on! The deal on my new Edge was excellent. I was just shopping at the time of my visit but everyone worked hard to give me a great deal without pressure or harassment. This was my first purchase from Tasca but for sure not my last. I can't remember the name of the finance person I worked with but like Todd and Tony, he was the consummate professional and had the paperwork completed in a very short time. More
