Bought 2 cars I have bought 2 cars from Tasca. Both times the salesperson was Todd Amaral. The first experience was pleasant but not the second. His manager was I have bought 2 cars from Tasca. Both times the salesperson was Todd Amaral. The first experience was pleasant but not the second. His manager was very helpful. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't have bought the 2nd vehicle. He was rude throughout the process and while test driving the vehicle. Whenever I stop into Tasca the receptionists are nice but whenever having to deal with Todd for sevice or car washes he is rude and disrespectful. I would recommend Tasca but not Todd Amaral. More

T for Todd Tremendous Went to Tasca Cranston looking to purchase my next Ford Explorer. I had been to 4 previous dealerships throughout RI and MA looking at various types a Went to Tasca Cranston looking to purchase my next Ford Explorer. I had been to 4 previous dealerships throughout RI and MA looking at various types and models. I ended up deciding that I wanted to go with an Explorer and noticed Tasca carried a few in their inventory so went to go check out. Upon arriving, the receptionists greeted me immediately and led me to a sales professional, Todd, right away. Unfortunately, they didn't have the exact ones I had looked at online at that location so Todd was able to show me a couple similar models in the meantime. I also got to test drive an Acadia (I hadn't ruled the Acadia out as an option to this point). I was able to test drive the Acadia without any pressure and could take my time without being rushed. Thankfully for that test drive, I definitively wanted the Explorer. Todd told me to come in the next day and that the 2 models I had looked at, he'd make sure was there. Not only did he make sure, he went himself to go get each car from the other locations (I got there as he was driving one in)! Again, the entire experience was no pressure. He allowed for privacy and self-thought throughout. Couldn't be any more happier with the service and dedication I experienced! Highly Highly Highly recommend asking for Todd if you go! More

When the price they quoted me was higher than the internet price they told me that I didn't qualify. After I pointed that out they reduced the price of the vehicle (not by the same amount as the discounts, plus a discount on a dealer installed option) enough to make me feel compensated for my time. More
