Oil change on Grand Cherokee took almost an hour and was too expensive. I told Todd I did not need tire rotation but he said it was part of the package price of $148 The next day I called Service Mgr Shell too expensive. I later contacted Palmen Kenosha and found that tire rotation costs $25.99 and oil change is much less expensive. I think I paid $25.99 too much! Sorry but I cannot do business with you folks More
