Shakur was amazing to work with. We have Nissan dealerships closer to us but wanted to work with him. He was great and I will recommend him to any one looking for a new vehicle. I was told that the seats were leather--they are not--they are a hybrid of leather. The trade-in experience was a nightmare! They gave me less than KBB value for my trade-in and now have it on the l not--they are a hybrid of leather. The trade-in experience was a nightmare! They gave me less than KBB value for my trade-in and now have it on the lot for MORE than double what they gave me. As soon as I pulled off the lot, lights and bells started going off and the display was saying "malfunction." I turned around and went back to the dealership. All lights were off, doors were locked, and everyone was gone. I didn't even own the car for 15 minutes before things started going wrong. It was a high pressure sale and they were able to catch me and reel me in!! More

I want to thank Richard Swanson, Todd Durm and the folks in finance for efforts in helping us find/purchase a Pathfinder to replace one we just purchased in the past two months from Uftring Nisan but unfort in finance for efforts in helping us find/purchase a Pathfinder to replace one we just purchased in the past two months from Uftring Nisan but unfortunately totaled in a recent, out-of-town accident. He explained the vehicles options in a very concise and knowledgeable manner, and helped us through the whole purchase process. We also worked with sales manager Todd on the pricing and a complicated problem with a recently purchased vehicle our daughter's.
