Bought NISMO Awesome experience from start to end. Great communication and seamless buying process. Bought vehicle out-of-state (scary process on own) -- but Tim Awesome experience from start to end. Great communication and seamless buying process. Bought vehicle out-of-state (scary process on own) -- but Tim and team communicated process so well via cell, email, text (whatever I needed) that it was more comfortable than buying in-person on a lot. BTW -- I LOVE THE CAR! More

Friendly, Helpful, Great Experience After a bad experience with a Nissan dealership in St Louis, I was delighted to find the car I was looking for at Uftring Nissan in Peoria. I began working with Lettie and was encountered with a super friendly sales staff who were never pushy or condescending, as so many dealerships can be. They all worked quickly to reach a deal. The price was so good it was worth me driving 3 hours to pick up the car. The car was as I expected (better really) when I arrived at the dealership. The staff was very informative and I was treated well from start to finish. I would definitely do business with this team again. More

A New Beginning I'm a recent college grad who had already purchased a more economically priced car from this dealership before and came in wanting something else and I'm a recent college grad who had already purchased a more economically priced car from this dealership before and came in wanting something else and to make more of an upgrade. I had a budget and knew I wanted an SUV. Elton Herrick was really great at sticking to that budget. We looked, but nothing was grabbing me until I saw the ROGUE ONE! I was a little flexible, but my heart want what it wanted. Elton and everyone at Uftring Nissan worked with me to keep my monthly payment at a solid range and helped me get the car I wanted. They were up for negotiating and I could not have gotten the car without it. I have a cool ride now! More

I bought 2 cars 5 months apart from this dealership I had such a great experience buying one of my daughters a Nissan Rouge I decided to return 5 months later and buy my other daughter one as well. Bot I had such a great experience buying one of my daughters a Nissan Rouge I decided to return 5 months later and buy my other daughter one as well. Both the Sales Manager Todd and Salesman Kramer were great. Not pushy at all and did everything to make sure the vehicles were in top shape before I purchased them and left the dealership. I will definitely recommend this dealership and will buy here again if and when the need arises. More

All it takes is 1 bad person About a month ago I was in the market for a Nissan Juke. I had planned on buying one in Chicago, as the prices in Central IL aren't very competitive. About a month ago I was in the market for a Nissan Juke. I had planned on buying one in Chicago, as the prices in Central IL aren't very competitive. However, I had learned that Uftring had a used Juke just brought in, and it looked interesting when I saw it online. I contacted the Katy Broshears about the car, and she was very helpful and gave me some info on the car. I noted it was out of my price range, and she did say she could come down a bit, but it being a new car they wouldn't come down too much. No problem, I understand that. About a week later, I planned on going to Chicago to look at a bunch of used Jukes and make a decision on which to buy afterwards. With Uftring being closer to me, and considering how helpful they were, I decided to cancel one of my Chicago appointments and go to Uftring. When I got there, Ibrahim Monla was the salesman to work with me. He was great; very laid back, easy to talk to, not pushy...ideal salesman. After the test drive, we got back to his desk and discussed the car. I told him I would be making a decision in the next few days on what car I'd like, but the one I test drove was still just out of my price range, and I would need a good value for my trade-in. So, he got the Used Sales Manager.... Enter Todd Durm, the used car manager. A weaseling little troll who managed to tick me off when everyone else there was nice as pie. First, he graded my trade-in as "very very rough" and would only give me about $2000 as a trade in, and he went on and on and on and on and on and on about how AWFUL it was (he was the only dealer out of approx 12 dealers that graded it as "rough condition"). My car was a 2006 Scion with 63k miles on it. It had some paint scuffing on the bottom, and the side mirrors were damaged, but working fine, and I had a mechanic estimate the $ for repairs, with that being a few hundred bucks maximum. With that, I was getting offers in the $3500-$4500 range. Second, and I kid you not......he refused to give me a price on the car. I told him I talked to someone online about prices, and I already knew what was being asked. He still wouldn't give me a number and said, "You've said you're going to Chicago anyway even if we give you a good price." I told him yes that's true, and I had made promises to several dealers to go there, and I actually cancelled one just to drop by and see your car, and I'd like and idea of what I'm dealing with ere. He still refused to even give me a price. I just looked at him and said, "Look dude, I'm gonna be making a decision soon to buy a car. When I look at what I have written down by your car, there's not gonna even be a price to know from what you're telling me. So I need to know what you're offering for a price." It finally dawned on him (good job genius!), and he said, "Ok, I'll go run some numbers..." When I DID finally get a number from him, to no surprise of mine, it was even HIGHER than the price offered to me previously from Katy Broshears. Wow, what a guy! I help alot of my friends and co-workers buy used cars. I enjoy doing it. The Todd Durm's of the world though make the process annoying and frustrating for people. I can't imagine how many people he's screwed over as a sales manager. But, although I do NOT advocate buying cars from Ufrting (considering a manager has so much affect on what goes on in every deal), if you do have to do business there, Ibrahim Monla and Katy Broshears were great to work with! More
