As well as the service department and my service worker who I dealt with on my first time into the service department.all staff All Staff are courteous kind and explained to the fullest detail all my question's every time I have needed service from them , I give them all five stars!! MNager. Today my Porsche used car 2018 that I bought at your dealership came to service. It was valet. Unfortunately due to non availability of loane

Unfortunately due to non availability of loaner and my emergency doctor trip I had requested Todd at service to send the car back so I can properly schedule for another date. Now I will be ever schedule another appointment with Koons for service. Here is why, the person who drove the car back from dealership while leaving the car at my home, drove the car ok to driveway thrashing pots with plants in them and almost hit a third pot and now car has scrapes on the fron KT passenger side of the bumper all because of him rash driving onto my drive way while dropping the car back to me. When I noticed this and asked him about how he can drive and leave the like that he asked me , what do you want me to do. I did not ask him to park on drive way. He could have pulled introns of my garage called me and handed over the keys. This is minimum courtesy . The Porsche now has scratch on it which other wise is scratch free and dent free. Please note this and my car is never coming back to your dealership for service.
Never send your car with valet to this dealership their drivers are rude.

Todd always takes good care of our service appointments

My last two service appointments were 3 hours! Last one
was an oil change and tire rotation. This one was getting two brake pads and a new battery. These appointments shouldn't take 3 hours! The first tim

The first time it happened I thought they were just having an off day so I let it go. But today I noticed appointments that had come in after me were finishing and leaving in just an hour. My service rep only came in to speak with me after about 2.5 hours to say what my car needed! Does this mean that for 2.5 hours they did nothing with my car? I had Todd both times and today when I asked why it took 3 hours he just told me brake pads take that long and he seemed like he really could care less.
I won't be going back.
