I had walked out of another dealership when the salesman turned me over to the floor manager when I would not commit to purchasing their vehicle that day. DID NOT APPRECIATE THAT TECHNIQUE! I will certainly recommend him to anyone I know who is in the market for a Nissan product and will definitely come back to him in the future when I'm ready for another new car. Todd Eversgerd called me 2 weeks prior to inform me that my lease ending in June. He informed me of all the deals and incentives that were available to me. On February 29, 2012, I took my 09 Nissan Murano my lease ending in June. He informed me of all the deals and incentives that were available to me. On February 29, 2012, I took my 09 Nissan Murano in for service. I decided to meet the person who had been so helpful on the phone. He remembered who I was and the type of car I was interested in buying/leasing (Honda Accord). I decided to test drive a Murano, Rogue and Altima. When we when we returned, he compare the leasing price to the buying price of the Murano. I asked if they still had the Graphite Blue. He checked and they did. He had them to pull it around. Todd went over the features in the car. I told him that I liked the car but I was tired and did not want to wait all night while they did the paperwork. He said that he could have me in and out in an hour or less. I complained that I had just paid $309.00 on service. He said that they would reimburse me the money. To my amazement, I was in and out of the finance office in less than an hour. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and I must say that I have never left a dealership and said "WOW" that was fast. Todd was very professional, courteous and friendly. He makes sure that the customer is well informed and satisfied about the car they about to purchase. Although I had considered other cars, when I left the dealership, I knew that I made the right choice! No pressure, no regrets! Excellent service from beginning to end! More
