Besides the oil change and tire rotation I went in for I was having a battery issue. To be exact the charging. I knew the battery was still under warranty with the dealership. I purchased approximately 2 was having a battery issue. To be exact the charging. I knew the battery was still under warranty with the dealership. I purchased approximately 2 years ago. I also had the alternator replaced approximately 5-7 years ago, amd not in warranty. Now service could've came back with you need an alternator, or something to run up the bill, but they didn't. It ended up being a loose connection on one of the battery terminals. You know how much credibility this gives your service department! I always deal with Todd, and I feel he doesn't try to steer me wrong. I also believe that he has the respect of the service personnel doing the work that they don't steer him.wrong either. Point being Todd's knowledge of vehicles, and the services that are needed or required. More

Ever since I purchased the vehicle the radio screen is bad I’ve had been having an issue for a long time I been told it was the antenna and that was replaced a module sensor and that was replaced and it s bad I’ve had been having an issue for a long time I been told it was the antenna and that was replaced a module sensor and that was replaced and it still doing the same thing either the radio has been a defect since I purchased the vehicle or they are just stealing from me at these point.
