Service Visit Great service visit. We knew this visit will take a couple of days. The service advisor had my loaner ready when I got there and the paperwork ready Great service visit. We knew this visit will take a couple of days. The service advisor had my loaner ready when I got there and the paperwork ready for my appointment as promised. He then kept me updated with status all along the way and made sure I felt comfortable with the updates. More

Service My car has been serviced there twice for the same issue (timing exchange). I have the extended warranty on my car and they were reluctant about paying My car has been serviced there twice for the same issue (timing exchange). I have the extended warranty on my car and they were reluctant about paying for the same problem. I got a call from Tod that said my car was read but I would need a battery, He said something was draining the battery because it wouldn't start without a jump. I would need to buy a battery. Apparently there is still an issue with my car, I drove the car 1 block and it was knocking and shaking. I took it back to the dealer. I had no way home couldn't get a loaner because I didn't have my licence with me, The porter had to drive me home. Also I was told if I bought a new battery they would put it in free of charge. New teams is amazing! Todd held my hand through the whole service experience. My vehicle was clean and the seat was left where I left it.
