I always have a great experience when I have my Buick Enclave serviced by Al Piemonte Buick. I always ask for Todd and he delivers without any problems. When I call he recognizes my name and the work tha Enclave serviced by Al Piemonte Buick. I always ask for Todd and he delivers without any problems. When I call he recognizes my name and the work that has been done on my vehicle in the past. I don’t have to go to a dealership to service my car. I want to and Todd is the reason. My vehicle is older and I keep up on the maintenance and I keep it nice. I don’t have to worry about some shop trying to upsell me on something I don’t need. He explains everything and delivers it on time. Let’s not forget about the Union technicians. They are also a reason I continue to come back. Skilled labor isn’t cheap and cheap labor isn’t skilled. I don’t have to worry about coming back because the problem wasn’t fixed the first time. They are trained professionals on the make and model of my vehicle. Great team work! More

Great people that seem to Care like it was there car.
