Excellent Customer Service My battery died before I was getting ready for work. I immediately called Chad Henze in the service department and he said he’d have someone to meet a My battery died before I was getting ready for work. I immediately called Chad Henze in the service department and he said he’d have someone to meet at my home to assess the problem. Within minutes Jeff Pohlman called me to say he and Todd Fulford were on the way. When they arrived they were professional, knowledgeable and friendly and got the car started and drove it to the dealership where Keith Williamson took care of matters in the parts department. A few hours later, they notified me the car was ready to go, a new battery had been installed and they would bring it back to me. They did just that. The car had even been washed. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Jaguar Land Rover Bluff City is the best. It’s why I’ve been a loyal customer for 18 years. They took an inconvenient situation and made it convenient for me. More

customer service Somehow the two visits I have had with the customer service at this dealership was more of a "wham bam, thank you ma'am" I haven't had the car for ver Somehow the two visits I have had with the customer service at this dealership was more of a "wham bam, thank you ma'am" I haven't had the car for very long and already I have had to bring it in twice! I was left with un returned calls from my service guy. Then once I finally reached and left a message for someone else, still unreturned. Once I finally got in, I felt so rushed to get my rental! If this wasn't the only service place for my car, you'd bet I would go elsewhere. Jason, who sold me my car, has been the only decent person I have come across. Plus, it seems like I bought this car for the customer service, but I am starting to regret my purchase. More

Professional and Courteous Overall Bluff City service has been exceptional since the day I purchased the F Pace 20D Prestige. Everyone with whom I have interacted has been very courteous, professional and accommodating. Although the car has had its quirks, Bluff City has bent over backwards to correct each issue. I greatly appreciate the quality of service! The only exception to their quality control? A technician left the oil dipstick sitting on the front of the engine and did not re insert it during a recent servicing. Oil mist sprayed over most of the engine. Fortunately this did not cause any engine issues. Bluff City cleaned the engine thoroughly and without cost to me. Although this unfortunate incident occurred, I cannot deduct a star due to the overall pleasant experience with Bluff City. More
