Courteous, friendly and efficient Minute I pull up in the service lane someone came to greet me to find out what I needed help with - said my appointment is at 9am n he told me the ser Minute I pull up in the service lane someone came to greet me to find out what I needed help with - said my appointment is at 9am n he told me the service rep is Jay n he will get Jay to come attend to me. Jay came within next 5 minutes and told me to wait in service lounge while he send my car for inspection. Told me it will be 45 minutes n perhaps 15 minutes more to wash the car.
