Regardles I have been working with Todd Johnson at Crown Mercedes for nearly 10 years. He makes the process smooth and seamless each and every time. Regardless of the issue Todd is upfront and reduces the potential for unexpected surprises. When an issue does arise he tries to get out in front of the problem to minimize the impact on the customer. I would highly recommend Todd Johnson when having your MBA serviced. More

I had a tire that lost all pressure while returning from a trip this past weekend. When I dropped the car off at Crown first thing Monday morning I met with Todd Johnson who was able to address my issue and get my car fixed and back to me the same day. Todd is always very open and up front about what the repairs will entail. Todd is also willing to spend the necessary time with me to answer all my questions and make sure that I am completely satisfied before returning the vehicle to me. More
