Really has nothing to do with dealership rather it is with Dodge/RAM itself. Truck is 1-year old and 2nd time in shop. 1st time was for UConnect software issues. This 2nd time for a bad starter. I switched to RAM because of all the Chevy truck transmission and engine problems I was having in my fleet. Hope this does not continue with RAM.

The sales team at Bettenhausen was great—friendly,
helpful, and professional—but the moment the contracts were signed, everything went downhill. From upper leadership down, it’s clear they do not care
helpful, and professional—but the moment the contracts were signed, everything went downhill. From upper leadership down, it’s clear they do not care about their customers once they have your money. We’ve been dealing with major issues on BOTH our new 2025 Jeep and Ram since September 27, and as of November 18, both vehicles are STILL sitting in their shop with zero updates, zero accountability, and no real urgency from anyone in management.
Over the past seven weeks, we’ve been bounced around from person to person, given conflicting information, and left to chase answers and solutions ourselves. Promises of communication and timely repairs have been broken repeatedly. Leadership has shown no ownership of the problems, leaving us frustrated, stressed, and completely ignored.
The only person who has actually cared is Franco, the Service Director, who has consistently stepped up to communicate honestly, follow through, and fight to get both vehicles repaired correctly. If it weren’t for him, this nightmare would be even worse.
If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, do not buy or service here—once the ink is dry, upper leadership disappears, and you are left to deal with this mess on your own.
See all up to date calls and text and both vehicles are still at bettenhausen and not in my driveway.
