Wonderful experience All in all every step of the way it was a nice experience . I booked the appt over the phone the night before with no hassle. Drive in the next morn the valet was super nice and he turned me over to Ed. A super guy , friendly and warm he introduced me to Chris Diglia and his boss Todd. Liked them both immediately. No tying to get me to buy things I didn't need but giving me a good idea what to look for in the future near and far. Really friendly hassle free, no drama service Waiting room was comfortable and the cashier Julie Holmes who checked me out was very warm. Julie Holmes nice as well. wikl be back! A. W More

Visit in review I was told that my extended warranty had expired. Working with Fidelity and Acura Columbus they discovered an error on my policy. All records have been corrected, and I anticipate smooth services in my future. More

First Service Experience I was VERY pleased with my first service at Acura Columbus. I felt that everyone cared about me and my car. I came 1 1/2 hours away to buy this car a I was VERY pleased with my first service at Acura Columbus. I felt that everyone cared about me and my car. I came 1 1/2 hours away to buy this car and then to have it serviced. I was concerned about how I would be treated. It was the BEST car service experience I have ever had. I will come the next time feeling confident and pleased that I chose Acura Columbus to purchase my car and to have it serviced. EVERYONE we talked with was VERY helpful and kind. More
