We purchased a Hellcat from here and haven't had it for 3 mo. The car was returned 4 times with the engine light repeatedly returning . The mechanic Nando thought we left and we caught him spinning the t mo. The car was returned 4 times with the engine light repeatedly returning . The mechanic Nando thought we left and we caught him spinning the tires on our car at the gas station.says we overheated the injectors which other technicians say isn't possible without doing further engine damage. we paid a considerable amount of cash for this vehicle and seem to have purchased a defective unit. we reached out to the General Manager to address our concerns and haven't received a return call. and the operator constantly says he is busy no matter what time of the day you call. Regional Manager next. THEY SELL LEMONS. NO MORALS. More

STAY CLEAR OF KOONS JEEP TYSON IF YOU WANT HONESTY/RELIABILI HORRIBLE....EVERYONE LIES AND MAKES PROMISES JUST TO GET YOU TO BUY A VEHICLE. The ONLY reason I gave them one star is because I was forces to HORRIBLE....EVERYONE LIES AND MAKES PROMISES JUST TO GET YOU TO BUY A VEHICLE. The ONLY reason I gave them one star is because I was forces to in order to write a review. I have had my Jeep almost 4 years and I am paying a lot for a RELIABLE VEHICLE. The Jeep was not driven for almost two years and I drive it to and from work only 14 miles on 66. I have have been stranded three times, female, alone in a Jeep in which the front wheel bar cracked in half, 3 months later the back wheel bare cracked in half. This is just 2 of the approximately 15 times I have gone back for something other than regular service. The sad part is NO ONE ARES, RETURNS PHONE CALLS, LISTENS, JUST TO NAME A FEW. NO ONE FROM THE CUSTODIAL STAFF TO CYSTAL KOONS OR HER FATHER GIVE A CRAP. THERE ADS ARE LIES. STAY AWAY FROM KOONS JEEP....ACTUALLY ALL KOONS DEALERS IS YIU WANT A RELIABLE CAR. More

Everything in place except for the sales Managers attitude I'm not exactly sure how I feel about Koons dealership as a whole BUT I can tell you how I feel about my experience with my sales person. Tom Ames (Sa I'm not exactly sure how I feel about Koons dealership as a whole BUT I can tell you how I feel about my experience with my sales person. Tom Ames (Sales Manager) is rude, unprofessional, a liar. Me and my husband were on our way to pick up our Dodge Durango which we had picked out earlier last week, check in hand. When I called Mr. Ames to confirm signing the documents to finalize our purchase he was short, rude, and was not accommodating at all. It saddens me because we really wanted to finalize the deal and drive away with what we thought was our car. I am big on customer and I don't not operate in such dysfunction. So we had to call the deal OFF! I hope that customers that visit Koons gets treated the way me and my husband were treated. I wonder if Mr. Koons would approve (or even care) that Mr. Ames treating customers the way he treated us, and further more who let's such an easy sale walk away like that... my biggest advice to all future car buyers NEVER let anyone treat you different because of the color of your skin, age, or how you chose to purchase the car. WORST EXPERIENCE AS A BUYER I got to the dealership around 19:43 on a Labor's day. i wanted to buy a car for my sister and already had stock number that we were looking. we call I got to the dealership around 19:43 on a Labor's day. i wanted to buy a car for my sister and already had stock number that we were looking. we call dealership and answering service told us they were working till 21:00. So, we got there hoping to buy a car and met with sales guy closing sales deal. I went inside and spoke with Tom Ames who was acting sales manager and explained to him why we were there. Mr. Ames didn't seem to be interested in selling anything to us , in fact he yelled around hall to see if there was anybody interested to help. Everybody was standing around chating while we stood inside and outside dealership for one hour. We left around 20:50 and was very disappointed with the way they treated us. I thought a manager should step in to the game and start to help us while sales guy is getting done instead of sitting and ignoring us. More

Best price, no haggle, seamless buying process! Proud to be John's first sale and he definitely worked for it! After a month of searching for the right color/configuration/price, my husband was a to Proud to be John's first sale and he definitely worked for it! After a month of searching for the right color/configuration/price, my husband was a tough customer but John and Phil worked with us and got us the best deal in more than a 200 mile radius. We had a lot of false starts with TrueCar dealers in the area (a lot of added hidden fees and costs) so when we arrived back at Koons I expected a lot of upsells and hidden fees as well. Not a single one. John had the car ready, we signed the papers that were waiting based on our negotiated price, and drove home! Couldn't have been easier and was a great experience for my first new car purchase. More
