Perfect transaction, my second time purchasing at community gmc of waterloo. Sales, financing, service, are all extremely professional and well schooled. Nothing is better than sitting down and picking out your new purchase, being able to ask questions and have them answered intelligently. This was my second new purchase from community and first from ashley tudor. Both great experiences. The highlight of both was no pressure!!! I didnt have to say no 10 times or pull my hair out. I told ashley what was looking for, year, make and model. We talked, i went lunch. He called back and said i think i've got it, just coming off the truck now if you have time. I did have time. In todays economy you need to make time... I looked it over, he answered questions. We had a good talk (pleasant) and i said yeah, lets do it. Picked the vehicle up the next morning and spent more time swapping stuff over than i did in the actual purchasing. Took the long way home to enjoy and get the feel of it (love it btw). That is as good as it gets anywhere! More
