We made this purchase over the phone yesterday. We had a nice long drive to sign forms and drive away with the vehicle we needed. We found that Four Stars has the best configurations available nationwide that is bottom line of our purchase decision. (Updated Information) The finance guy cheated us. We were lied to, and charged incorrectly. Expect hard sell warranties. We were told that Tires and Windshield warranty costs $642.00 We were also told that they can’t be sold separately. Once we agreed to the terms we got home and looked at the contract line items. They were separate line items costing $499 a piece. So they could have been purchased separately and we were charged a much higher price than quoted at time of signing. So 2 lies. We called numerous times seeking correction but received no reply until we made legal threats taking to the dealership manager. The dealership manager agreed to refund the $350ish dollar difference in a check from the dealership but a week later we still have not seen that check in the mail box. It may be coming but I haven’t seen it yet. More

From out of state, ( never been to this area before), had specific requirements for a vehicle and checked at 4 Stars. They just happened to have a vehicle that met the needs, salesman was pleasant and accomm specific requirements for a vehicle and checked at 4 Stars. They just happened to have a vehicle that met the needs, salesman was pleasant and accommodating, so we ended up buying the vehicle. Overall, the experience was positive. Not sure that we will ever come to be in this area again, and in need of a vehicle, but would definitely consider this dealership again if we were. More
