

FIRST STARTED IN THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY AS A LOT GUY IN THE LATE 80'S WHEN MY FATHER SOLD CARS FOR TOYOTA DEALERSHIP. ATTENDED COLLEGE AT FLCC TO GET MY ASSOCIATES IN MARKETING. TRANSFERRED TO SUNY FREDONIA TO FINISH MY BACHELORS DEGREE IN MARKETING AND BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION. SHORTLY AFTER COLLEGE I OBTAINED A SALES POSITION FOR SATURN OF ROCHESTER IN 1993. I THEN TOOK A FINANCE POSITION IN 1995 AT DORSCHEL AUTO GROUP FOR 10 YEARS AND THEN 9 YEARS WITH PIEHLER IN WEBSTER. STARTED WITH VISION AS SALES MANAGER IN 2013.

I bought a used chev equinox with 28000 miles on it from them at the end of last nov and used it very little and when l did use it l would get it washed and put in the garage 5 minutes away then in march I them at the end of last nov and used it very little and when l did use it l would get it washed and put in the garage 5 minutes away then in march I noticed some rust spots coming through and I went back to the dealer and talked to the manager and he agreed to take care of the 5 spots I pointed out and sent me to there body shop where they said in order to do it right they would have to put two new fenders and a new hood on and I took that back to the manager and he said they wouldn’t be able to do that on a used vehicle and said they would have it patched up professionally with out the new parts so I reluctantly agreed so they took it and did the work and I got it back and the work that was done looked good but it wasn’t all the spots we had agreed on so I went back and he said he put a budget price on it and the money had run out so they stopped now when I left the car I asked if I could talk to the guy or get his phone number and they said no they don’t do that so if I could have talked to him I could have told him to contact me if it was going to cost more and we could have come to an agreement this budget was never mentioned they just said they would take care of the spots that we agreed on More

On my used car I bought there were 5 rust spots that needed attention, first they refused to do the repairs the way there own body shop recommended to do it the right way and said they would do it a way needed attention, first they refused to do the repairs the way there own body shop recommended to do it the right way and said they would do it a way that really last but would look good for a while I really didn’t have any other choice but to agree, so the car went in for the repairs and I got it back and all the agreed repairs were not done so I asked why and they said that they had set a budget for the work and the budget money ran out and they were not willing to complete the repairs that were agreed upon if they had said that’s the way it was going to work with a budget I probably would’ve agreed to pay the difference to get the job done complete now I have to find someone else to complete the work because they wouldn’t let me talk to the person or tell me who it was so I could of made my own deal to get it complete. More
