After calling Jim and letting him know we would be arriving from the Greater Orlando area at the Crown Dealership after 7:15 pm Jim had the vehicle ready and waiting for a Viewing, Reviewing the Certification Documentation and Test Drive. We told him we were under a time restraint, then we proceeded to negotiate the price of the vehicle very quickly (about 10 minutes), and met with Ken Klak (Business Manager) and obtained the financing with MBFS (Mercedes Benz Financial Services) and were out of the dealership by 9:10 pm that evening. Thank You and the staff for being Professional and Efficient. More

Tom provided excellent service to me, without exception, for the many years that I have dealt with Mercedes service. He is very responsive to my special scheduling needs (I am a physician with a hectic hosp for the many years that I have dealt with Mercedes service. I brought Mercedes to Mercedes of Tampa and was treaded so rudley by there service people, that I decided to to Crown Mercedes. I need help with my radio and several other things. Tom and Jeff were able to so rudley by there service people, that I decided to to Crown Mercedes. I need help with my radio and several other things. Tom and Jeff were able to not only help but treaded me in a way that I felt I was along time customer when in fact it was my first time at the dealership. Everyone at the dealership was courteous towrads me and very helpful. I even asked a sales person on how to work some of the options on my auto. Even though he did not sell it to me he was eager to teach me about my auto. Thank You to every one at Crown Mercedes and especially Tom Cammarata and Jeff Hayden More

Customer Service and Friendliness are always excellent in Crown Eurocars; however, price of service is very high! Don't know if that's the standard price to service a Mercedes but it is high! Don't take it wrong, Crown Eurocar made a full disclosure of all the service needed and cost but with this market owning a Mercedes is like owning a second mortgage. More
