I assumed they did a through diagnostic and inspection since I paid $200 for it, but I went over the report and they either didn't bother to actually check something as small as the horn working or they l since I paid $200 for it, but I went over the report and they either didn't bother to actually check something as small as the horn working or they lied. They reported it as working when I know it doesn’t because it had to be repaired. Either way I ended up going to another mechanic to get another inspection and work done to my car cause I couldn’t even trust their opinion anymore due to something so small. More

I’ve been leasing from this location for more than a decade and never had any issue. But there was some bubbling in the car I leased this time and we thought nothing of it but two years into the lease a decade and never had any issue. But there was some bubbling in the car I leased this time and we thought nothing of it but two years into the lease and the bubbling popped. The dealer won’t replace there two panels that are having issue while the remaining two panels are fine. This car has very limited wear and tear and limited miles used as well. It’s a shame they’re not doing more to rectify this problem. More
