Growing up in NJ, Ray Catena Dealerships always stood out to me as the gold standard in customer service, so when I started shopping around for a MB this summer, regardless of my physical location, I didn’t want to count them out. I checked out three dealerships here in Virginia and was somewhat underwhelmed by the service, care, and desire to deliver. Before making a decision I sent a friend of mine to MB of Edison to see if they could come up with a good deal on a GLE 450 that would meet my needs. Well.. they blew me away and I was on an Amtrak north to pick up my vehicle the next day. My buddy worked with Tom Cola. He was tremendous. Even with the obstacle of making a deal through a middle man, Tom and his team delivered. Even without being physically present I could tell MB of Edison was working hard to make me happy. All of my questions were answered and all of my boxes were checked. When the deal was done, the team got all the paperwork to me digitally and walked me through everything. When I showed up to pick up my vehicle, all of the quality, care, and attention to detail I had experienced over the phone and through email became tangible. I immediately felt as if I was part of the family. The dealership is gorgeous and has an amazing selection of vehicles on display. My GLE was in perfect condition and ready to go! Tom couldn’t have been more pleasant in person and was great to work with. All in all, MB of Edison delivered exactly the experience I imagined they would and distinguished themselves as superior to any other dealership I had looked at. If you’re in the market, regardless of where you live, MB of Edison is the answer. More
