They both worked hard to get her the financing she needed on her C300. I'm a no nonsense type of customer and explained up front what she needed to Mr. Battaglia. He assigned Tom to the task of helping us pick a vehicle and negotiating a fair deal. Tom was very professional, understanding, and accommodating. We had a difficult situation that he said they could handle and they did not disappoint. From this day forward I plan on doing business at Ray Catena for all of my high end purchases. The experience was my best ever in purchasing a vehicle. I'm a hard customer to please and have purchased well over 15 vehicles in the past 10 years both personal and commercial.
