He was very knowledgeable and placed me in exactly the car that I wanted, without being pushy or putting pressure on me to get a vehicle. At that time, I was very busy with work and he assisted me so I could maintain my schedule and he ensured that the paperwork was completed prior to my leaving town. Some cool features were not even expected in what we got. Initially, we went in to buy a 2016 E350 but ended up buying the cool and newly designed 2017 E300.
