But what Tom offered me, I just couldn't turn it down. He understood exactly what I wanted and actually offered more than that with a reasonable price. I took 2015 C300 and have almost every option in it. Tom will try to help you in every way he can and he respond to every tiny doubt you have. He actually tries to be your side when you buy your car rather than just being a Salesman. I never thought I could afford a fully loaded Mercedes But i did. :) If you ever go to this dealership just ask for him. More

He answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to provide me with a vehicle that had more features but still within my budget. Everyone treated me wonderfully, and I could not recommend a better place to lease or buy your vehicle. I am not surprised that Ray Catena has won numerous awards, the staff are so helpful, Tom even went to great lengths following the agreement to make sure I was satisfied. He keeps in touch, and provides answers to all my questions and concerns. If you are looking for a Mercedes, go to Ray Catena and ask for Tom. Trust me, you will not be disappointed. More

Who is going to attend you at 9.30 in the evening and deliver you the car at 10 in night. Both times Tom took care of us late in the evening just to save our trip. The discount he offered were unmatched. This was my second experience working with Tom. I bought my car in 2014 and yesterday we bought another SUV for my friend. I referred on basis of my confidence with Tom and he really proved it. Last but the least I could say is you may get a better deal (which I doubt anyone can beat them) around but the service and courtesy along with Honesty of TOM COLA cannot be found anywhere.
