Found a beautiful CPO 2014 CLA 45 and Tom Cola introduced himself for assistance. Tom was very friendly and gave me the space needed to look. Never any pressure for anything unwanted, he helped with every question with patience and professionalism. Ended up working out the price and Tom helped greatly with financing terms. Ray Catena let me take the car home to show my wife and talk it over. This was an excellent and no pressure way of letting us discuss in private and look over the car in person. But what Tom offered me, I just couldn't turn it down. He understood exactly what I wanted and actually offered more than that with a reasonable price. I took 2015 C300 and have almost every option in it. Tom will try to help you in every way he can and he respond to every tiny doubt you have. He actually tries to be your side when you buy your car rather than just being a Salesman. I never thought I could afford a fully loaded Mercedes But i did. :) If you ever go to this dealership just ask for him. More
