I was driving a 2003 Caravan and now a proud owner of a 2018 Grand Caravan and still learning of the luxuries that this vehicle offers. As I transitioned to the actual paperwork, I was provided adequate time to review and ask questions without feeling pushed into making decisions. This started out to be the next step in the research for a new van and even surprised myself with the ease of the flow to become a proud owner of a 2018 Grand Caravan. Ray Yarbrough and Tom Coleman made are buying the 2014 Ch I give them 5 stars because i felt so comfortable with not being hounded by the sales staff. Ray Yarbrough and Tom Coleman made are buying the 2014 Chevrolet Silverado as easy as possible. I never felt pressured into buying the truck and Tom was very honest about what they could give me on a trade in as he told me I should sell my truck outright and i did and got more for it than they could give. I had a issue with the paint on the roof and they were more than professional with handling the issue. I have no complaints. I told them that i didn't need a rental car because i had my old truck until i sold it and i called them and asked if i could get a rental car while my truck was still being worked on and they gladly got me a rental car at no cost to me but just the gas I had used. More
