After visiting other dealerships and looking at various makes/models, I was getting discouraged by the typical car dealership experience. Advertised vehicles/prices that were "no longer available", fast-talking sales personnel using pressure tactics and an overall feeling of being taken advantage of or disrespected. HOWEVER, when I stopped in to South Park Mitsubishi, it was the total opposite. I was greeted promptly with a smile and a handshake by Tom Culhane. He treated me with respect and answered all of my questions honestly. We took a test drive, had my trade-in vehicle appraised and discussed pricing of the new Outlander Sport. I then met with Bill Burns to discuss terms and from there I met with Tracy Goodwin to handle the paperwork. It was by far the easiest and best car-buying experience ever. I really did "feel the difference" because everyone there is so normal and down-to-earth. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. Thank you to Tom, Bill and Tracy. More
