Working with Tom D'Allessandro of CitySide Subaru over several months to find our perfect car was an exceptionally good, in fact entertainingly enjoyable experience. Tom was patient with us over time, did not rush us in any way, and served as a source of knowledge when we had questions from the complex to the simple to the just plain dumb. His know-how and sincerity, combined with a wonderful sense of humor made us feel safe, secure and cared for during the entire process. We called around a few local dealerships, and Tom was the most responsive and most thorough. He had the car we wanted and offered it at a great price. When another dealership offered the same car in a different color at a lower price, he matched that price for us. We did all the communication by phone, email, and FedEx for the paperwork, and everything was quick, efficient, and seamless. When we finally arrived in Boston to pick up the car, Tom spent a good amount of time with us inside the vehicle, walking us through the various features, setting up our phones with the car's bluetooth, and making sure we were ready to hit the road. We would highly recommend working with Tom and with Cityside Subaru. More

I ended up settling for another car, and didn't like it. I went back to see Tom, who remembered me immediately, and now I am driving a twilight blue outback limited with eyesight. No one pressured me at any point in the process. The first offer that they made me on my trade and the new car was miles better than I was receiving from any other dealer.
