CitySide was extremely patient with the process, and intensely competitive versus 3 other Subaru dealerships in Greater Boston. The two biggest surprises were the unhurried and extraordinarily thorough training on the new Forrester from Tom; as well as a lot of time spent sync'ing Sally's smartphone and underlying data with the Car's sophisticated electronics. The second was that the financial process was wonderfully low-key and friendly with Mike, with all the heavy paperwork lifting done well in advance and every option explained and discussed at our own pace. When it came time for me to explore buying my own car a month later, both gentlemen could not possibly have gone out of their way to make sure I got the best deal out there; and both provided the same terrific purchase-and-training assistance. Right when we walked through the door we were greeted with a smile and introduced to our salesman Tom. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable with explaining the nuances of the car. Unlike other salesmen we had dealt with he was focused on trying to find the right car for us and not just a sale. We were allowed to take a test drive in one of the Forester's and fell in love with the car. After haggling the price with Tom and the Manager we came out with an amazing deal. The finance manager we dealt with was also very helpful with explaining our different payment options, warranty, etc. Overall this was a great car buying experience experience and I would definitely reccommend Cityside to anyone in the market for a new Subaru. More
