My salesman Tom, was extremly knowledgeable about all the electronics on the Explorer, and really knows what hes doing. Tom`s passion for treating customers well, is a benchmark to others. Steve Amabile and the sales staff there, have it all over their competition! I have met many Managers in my life, and Steve is top notch! Mr. Jim Thomas is just a true gentleman when it comes to treating people with respect. He doesnt just want to sell cars, he is building customer relationships for a lifetime. Look, I really did my homework on this 2011 Exploror prior to my experiance with Springfield Ford. I travel a lot in my job, and rent vehicles all the time. I rent them all, and can tell you this vehicle exceeds my expectations every time I drive it! This is my first new Ford to purchase, and my first SUV.
