New Vehicle Purchase My husband and I were in the market for a SUV. Since we only had one more payment left on my husbands Pontiac G6 I thought it would be a good time to My husband and I were in the market for a SUV. In the back of my mind, due to cost, I thought it would be impossible to get the Escape that Mark has always wanted. So on Wednesday we went and looked at the Escapes. After test driving the vehicle my husband loved the car. After talking to Tom DeVito I knew it was something that was not out of the question. Even though the Escape had all the features that we wanted I still wanted to think about it. I wasn't sure if leasing was the best option for us. After two days of thinking and e-mailing Tom back and forth they were able to accept our offer. So Saturday we went into the dealership and Tom was able to put our mind at ease and we agreed. Tom was very patient and was able to answer all our questions that we had. That day we walked out of the dealership with keys to a 2015 Ford Escape. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for a new vehicle. More

I purchased my 2011 Fusion in May. That whole experience was fantastic. Tom Devito was the gentleman who sold me the car and it was a perfect car for me. I love it! It is the very first Ford I have ever owned, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. Today, however, I damaged a wheel cover at the car wash. Afraid that the damage could result in a problem with the tire, I immediately drove to Springfield Ford to have them take a look at it. I was helped promptly by Greg. He got my car in right away, in spite of the fact that I had no appointment, and a very nice young man named Matt worked on the car. Coincidentally, I had an appointment for an oil change two days from now, but they took care of that while the car was in the shop, saving me another trip back on Saturday. I was in and out in 1 hour with all the work completed, and the car looking brand new again! I am recommending Springfield Ford to everyone I know who is in the market for a new car--buy a Ford and buy it at Springfield! This is the way a company should do business!! More

I did alot of research before on the Ford Escape before startin the purchasing experience. I knew what I wanted. What I wanted to pay and what I expected in value of my trade in. After two months of back and forth with a different dealer who would not accept my terms I thought, maybe, I was wrong with all my figures. I decided I could not afford the Escape. I received an advertisement for Springfield Ford and said... one more shot. Worse that would happen is I am back to the same place I was before the call. The call was put thru to Tommy on a Thursday morning. I explained my situation and what I wanted. TEN minutes later, I had the deal. The only problem was the vehicle I wanted was on a truck in route to the dealer. They were not 100% sure when it would arrive. Tommy was off on Friday and would call on Saturday. Tommy called me on Friday HIS DAY OFF to tell me the vehicle arrived. Saturday at noon, I was driving off the lot in the Ford Escape Limited I WANTED and at the price I WANTED to pay. I even received a call a few days later from Tommy to make sure the car was everything I hoped and I am here to tell you all I LOVE IT!!! More
