I visited McDonald on my lunch hour to see what they had before I decided to proceed with the Ford. I told them what I was looking for. Brad listened carefully, said he had a truck that met my needs, grabbed some keys, and showed me a truck. He got it right the first time. I then talked to Brad and Tom about my trade. I told them what I was expecting for my trade. Within 15 minutes. they had an appraisal, Then Tom came back and told Brad to start the paperwork... Fastest I ever purchased a new vehicle. I was back at work in under an hour. Picked up the truck the next day, Met with Odis. He was fantastic. He had the answers to every question without having to "get back to me". All of these people were great to work with. Everything they promised happened. I have been in contact with them a few times since purchasing my truck. They always call back and make sure all my questions are answered.. More
